Tile Text Effect

Hey guys in this tutorial you will be creating a cool text effect I discovered on accident. Anyway, lets jump right in!
Pre Step Pattern: Before we begin we're going to have to create a pattern real quick. Open up a 10x10 document and draw out this with a 1px pencil. Note: I added a grey background so you can see the white in the pattern. Leave your background transparent. After you've created the pattern, define it. Edit>define pattern. Now our pattern is ready for use!
Step 1: Open up a fresh document 600x330px in size. Set the background to white.
Step 2: Set your foreground color to #a74930 and type out your text in big letters. I used the font "bebas".
Step 3: Now set your foreground color to #7ca730 and type out the second part of your text in a new text box. In my case thats the "GFX" part. Note: from this point on apply the steps to both text layers.
Step 4: Open up blending options (layer>layer style>blending options) and apply drop shadow with the settings shown below.
Step 5: Now apply Gradient Overlay.
Step 6: Now it's time to use that pattern we made. Apply pattern overlay.
Step 7: Last but not least apply stroke.
Step 8: That's it, heres how your final product should look. Pretty cool huh?
