Here is how you can create a quick basic logo for your site. Of course you can add more effects that you’ve learnt in the other tutorials to make the design more complex.

Create a new 400 X 400 canvas.

Click on your custom shape tool, then your polygon shape. Change the sides to 3:

See the circled button above? Click on it and change the settings to:

Now, draw out the shape onto your canvas:

Click on Filter > Distort > Twirl… a screen will pop up saying that the layer must be rasterized before proceeding. Click OK.

After the screen pops up, change your angle setting to 250 degrees. Click OK.

You can duplicate the same shape, change it’s opacity and rotate it.
